Broadcast sessions provide screen sharing functionality through the Broadcast feature on iOS. This lets technicians solve issues on the user's iOS device, outside of the Rescue app. Even when the app is sent to the background, the device screen is still transferred to the Rescue Technician Console for easy viewing.

Chat sessions allow you to co-browse pages using the browser built into the Rescue+Mobile app. You can collaborate in the moment to solve problems with whiteboarding and Laser Pointer and access device settings.
